8.0Das Haus stammt aus dem Jahr 1940 – entsprechend hat es einen gewissen alten Charme, und stellenweise nimmt man auch einen leicht muffigen Geruch wahr. Für uns war das jedoch überhaupt nicht störend, sondern eher Teil des authentischen Flairs. Es wird zudem mit Lufterfrischern versucht, dem entgegenzuwirken. Ein absolutes Highlight war die Umgebung: Wir waren quasi von Straußen umgeben – aus fast jedem Fenster konnten wir welche beobachten, sogar ein Uhu ließ sich blicken. Ein tolles Erlebnis, besonders für Natur- und Tierliebhaber! Der Service war sehr aufmerksam: Als ich keinen Föhn hatte, wurde mir sofort einer zur Verfügung gestellt – das haben wir als sehr hilfsbereit empfunden. Wir haben uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sicher gefühlt und die Ruhe sehr genossen. Auch unsere zwei Kinder hatten viel Freude – das Haus bietet mit seinen vielen Räumen perfekte Möglichkeiten zum Spielen und Verstecken. Insgesamt ein besonderer Aufenthalt mit viel Charme und Naturerlebnis.
− Wir sind zu einer Jahreszeit angereist, in der die Nächte bereits deutlich kühler waren. Den Kamin in der Küche konnten wir gut nutzen, allerdings waren die übrigen Räume teilweise recht kühl und etwas feucht, was mit kleinen Kindern nicht ganz ideal ist. Trotzdem würden wir das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen – dann allerdings eher in den wärmeren Monaten, um den Aufenthalt noch mehr genießen zu können.
