If you want a perfect stay in Kintamani you should book a stay at Lake Batur Cabin. This family is the most welcoming and caring people you'll ever meet. From picking us up in padang bai, the boat on the lake at sunset, bonfire at night and arranging our hike on gunung batur was so smooth, we felt so taken care of and blessed. Thank you Putu and family ❤️

La maison est perdue dans un petit village au nord du lac Batur. Elle est accueillante et confortable. Putu, le propriétaire nous a emmené pêcher sur le lac. Les enfants étaient ravis. Nous avons ensuite mangés dans un watung local et fini la soirée devant un feu avec Putu. Il aime faire découvrir sa culture et nous a emmené au temple de son village le lendemain matin. Une expérience authentique loin du tourisme de masse dans la gentillesse et la bienveillance.

Peace and tranquility. That is what describes this place. The cabin was clean, comfortable and has this home feel to it. The view from the balcony was so soothing to the soul and the weather was just perfect. The service? There is no service. Just family. Pak Putu the owner makes you feel at home. He was extremely accomodating. He took us for a boat ride by the lake watching the sunset and then we went for fishing...if id describe it..one word Magical. We had a campfore at night as well. My son also had the chance to experience planting onions. My kid and wife was sick and the host particularly prepared sop sayur which was so soothing. Greatly recommended for those searchigf for peace or the village feel. I thank Pak Putu again here for the hospitality and i hope to see you next time :)

Een fantastische locatie en een geweldig huisje. Putu zorgt voor een unieke ervaring waar geen enkele vraag te veel is. De boottocht, het kampvuur en het lekkere eten van de mama, wakker worden met uitzicht op de vulkaan, lekker ontbijt, ... Het huisje zit tussen de ajuinvelden en overkijkt het meer, een oase van rust. Putu heeft onze kinderen meegenomen op het meer en hen leren vissen. Putu was ook onze gids voor de beklimming van de vulkaan. We zijn met onze 2 kids (5en 7) naar bovengewandeld op een heel rustig tempo ( een kleine 2 uur op gewandeld) Bedankt Putu, dit mocht absoluut niet ontbreken in onze reis

We were warmly welcomed by Gina and Junior and were amazed by the beautiful path leading to the most breathtaking view. The cabin is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Putu took us on a wonderful boat trip on Lake Batur while the boys enjoyed fishing. We were also accompanied to a lovely restaurant, and returned to a cosy fire. The hospitality and attention to detail made this a truly fantastic and unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!

Hosts were perfect! Putu our host and his family staff were so accommodating and welcoming! I only stayed one night but wish I stayed longer They took us out on the lake on their boat and also our guide for our sunset hike as well as helping us find dinner and built a late night bonfire for us before bed. Could not recommend highly enough.
