− Je n'ai pas apprécié l'état général de l'hôtel, qui m'a semblé vieillissant. La piscine contenait des insectes, la douche était vétuste et le matelas n'était pas confortable. Dans l'ensemble, le niveau de confort ne correspondait pas à mes attentes.

− La literie dans notre bungalow serait à revoir au niveau du sommier qui donnait des signes de faiblesse
