Great stay overall and wouldn't have any hesitation in re-booking, despite the couple of points made

Comfortable and spacious apartment in a riverside/city-centre location with plenty of reasonably priced short-stay and long-stay parking nearby. The apartment is very clean and the owner has taken the time to think through what guests require by providing a well-equipped kitchen. The location gives easy access to riverside walking trails and good cafes as well as having great views of the Tay.

− The bed, sofa and window blinds (in the living room) would benefit from replacement. The bed and sofa are just past their best and would make a big improvement to what is a fine place to stay on vacation. The windows are tall so new blinds would make a huge improvement to the presentation of the living room.

The flat was well located and provided a good base for exploring Perth.

The flat and location are excellent for exploring Perth. The views from the front windows in the lounge bedroom and kitchen looking over the river are lovely. It has a homely feel and it was nice to chill for a few days after touring round Scotland. The flat is well equipped and bathroom and shower are very clean & modern. We had an issue with the bedding but this was very quickly resolved by the owners. The windows at the front have secondary glazing as it is located on a busy road so we didn't find traffic noise to be a problem.

− There was scaffolding at the front of the building which did spoil the view a bit but no-one was working at the weekend so we weren't disturbed until the Monday morning when we left. We really struggled to open the windows to let some fresh air in. There was a slight musty smell with the heavy carpet and period furnishing but nothing major.

Second time in this lovely flat in a perfect location. Views are stunning. Everything you could possibly need for a great stay, comfortable, cosy really lovely. Central for everything. Forgot to mention last time, thank you for the binoculars, made the views magical to see the birds flying down the Tay and the trees on the hill. Magical river
