Nice apartment in calm area.

− Unfortunately, this booking ended in a very disappointing experience. The host originally asked for €20 per person (€100 total) as a service fee for bed linen and towels. However, she later told us we wouldn’t need to pay if we brought our own – which we confirmed in the chat three times. Despite this, all beds were made upon arrival, and she then demanded “only” €50 for the linen, blaming us for the work and trying to guilt-trip us by saying she missed her son’s game because of it. We never used the bed linen or towels. We removed them and placed everything neatly to the side. We also sent her photos of the unused items as well as pre-existing damages via email, which she confirmed she had noted. Later, the host claimed she was “overworked due to an operation” and apologized for the confusion. Still, she ignored all our messages after check-out and never confirmed whether everything was fine – even though we left the apartment in perfect condition. I had a bad feeling from the beginning and recorded everything on video, including check-in and check-out. Sadly, my concern proved valid: the €150 deposit was never refunded, without any explanation. This behavior clearly violates Booking.com’s standards. On top of that, providing just 1.5 rolls of toilet paper for 5 people staying 3 nights is absurd – and sadly reflective of the host’s overall attitude. It’s really ironic how the host keeps posting about a „unique living“ and her vacation pictures but I guess somehow that lifestyle has to be afforded. I hope the 150€ were worth selling your integrity. At least this listing is no longer available.
