10.0The layout, cleanliness and facilities available were perfect. We made contact to confirm when we could arrive, and The Shak was ready and waiting for us! Everything was available and ready that you would expect - beds were very comfortable with power for devices made more accessible. The sofa is very comfortable (and the TV being on a hinge means you can move it to be visible from the sofa!) Tea was available which made my partner very happy The shower is so warm (better than the one we have at home actually!)
− Not in the properties control - taxi companies didnt want to come out to there. There is nothing that we would improve about the property!

10.0What a lovely apartment, was cool inside on a very hot day which was great. Extremely clean an had a homely feel. Everything imaginable was provided by the host that you might need during your stay. Comfy beds, nice sofa and 2 tvs . Kitchen and dining area had several different products that could be used for cooking. Cleaning products etc. Lovely shower in the bathroom. Spacious and lots of light. I dont smoke but there was a nice smoking area outside with a bench. There was a good space outside to park my car, which was much appreciated. We stayed here whilst going to Banham zoo do, and it was very close to the zoo. I would definitely stay here again.
