− There was no washing machine
They took my payment, but cancelled my stay.

− They took my money but cancelled my stay. Apparently they don't do 1 night stays, but I could book it on this platform, and now no one is willing to assist me in getting my R964 back. Neither Booking.com, or The Aura is replying to any of my messages. Really bad situation for me.
Ok accommodation.
6.0Secure Complex with 24/7 security. The cleaning lady was very sweet and the place was spotless.
− Very little furniture, terrible and unreliable WiFi, Kitchen has limited cutlery and serveware, Curtains are sparse and do not close fully as they are too small or there are none on the windows.
