9.0Alles super unkompliziert, mit Schlüssel in nem kleinen Save. Alles da, alles funktioniert. Schön viel Platz für uns (fünfköpfige Familie).
Sehr widersprüchlich
6.0Wohnung ist sehr groß, einfach eingerichtet aber sehr sauber und ordentlich. Ist bestimmt toll für Familie mit Kindern, auch bei Regen viel Platz zum Spielen und die Decke fällt einem nicht auf den Kopf. Die Lage ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radfahren in Oberfranken, Bamberg in der Nähe, die Lage im Ort weitgehend ruhig, wenn man von den Kirchenglocken absieht (Uhr 24 Stunden, Glocken ab 06:00). Vermieter war sehr freundlich und super zu erreichen als ein Problem auftrag, wurde am selben Tag behoben. Bad sehr großzügig.
− Erster Eindruck, Garten verwildert, nicht romantisch und einladend, sondern ungepflegt und abstoßend. Gelber-Sack-Müll liegt stapelweise an der Garage. Von den 5 Schlafplätzen ist nur das Doppelbett für Erwachsene geeignet, die drei anderen sind Kinderbetten, Qualität und Matratzen entsprechend. Geschirr und Besteck sehr einfach, typische Flohmarkt-/Reste-Sammlung, nichts passt zueinander und zu wenig. Entweder wäscht man mit halbleerer Spülmaschine oder spült zwischendurch von Hand. Es gibt für den Sofabereich keine Leselampe oder sonstige vernünftige Beleuchtung. ÖPNV schlecht bis gar nicht (Sonntag), man ist aufs Auto angewiesen.
