8.0Posizione molto centrale, vicino a supermercati e negozi. Si arriva a piedi ovunque. La casa è molto pulita e ben organizzata con microonde, macchina del caffè, cucina attrezzata. Bagno nuovissimo.
− Un po’ scomodo l’ingresso senza citofono con un solo paio di chiavi ma effettivamente piccolo problema.

10.0Pulizia ottima, proprietario super disponibile a accogliente. Appartamento in ottime condizioni. Molto carino il balconcino che affaccia al fiume. Posizione ottima a due passi dal centro e dalla spiaggia. Inoltre, vicino c’è sia la stazione dei bus che dei treni per raggiungere le altre località. C’è anche un supermercato dietro casa. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa.
− La chiave del portone di ingresso era un po’ difettosa ma nulla di grave. L’appartamento é al terzo piano e non c’è l’ascensore. Ció, tuttavia, non ha creato grandi disagi nel nostro soggiorno.

7.0L'appartement est en très bon état, fonctionnel, bien équipé pour un court séjour. La chambre est confortable. La localisation est top, proche de la mer et de bons restaurants.
− Le matelas du canapé convertible n'est pas très confortable. Des rideaux occultants seraient intéressants pour ne pas être réveillé trop tôt par la lumière du jour. La rue devant l'immeuble est gratuite pour se garer mais il y a rarement de la place. Par conséquent il faut opter pour une place de parking payante aux alentours qui peut être longue à trouver.
