10.0Couldn't recommend more! All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and went above and beyond; our room was very spacious and comfortable, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed and more. Location is superb too, very central but at the same time very quiet. The heater had even been left on for us when we arrived, so we stepped into a nice and cosy room - much appreciated on a cold winter's night. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
