Excellently presented property with wonderful extras. Parking, stairs and bed let it down.
6.0The house was set up very well, especially the kitchen as it had a small breakfast bar that had a been laid out already. The extras provided were excellent for humans and dogs. The outside furniture was comfy and plentiful. The decor was tasteful and well presented.
− Parking was a problem, the house is on a street and there is no allocated space. The stairs are very very steep and narrow, you needed to climb up on tiptoes! The property was let down mostly by the bed. It was too small and as the room sloped, you fell out one side. It did not fit 2 people comfortably.
Host was fantastic and so accommodating. Highly recommend

9.0Gorgeous cottage, beautifully styled and everything you need for a short break. The lighting and seating in the garden / courtyard made it a perfect additional space to enjoy on a warm evening. Great location also. Definitely recommend.

5.0The cottage was close to Sutton Hoo and within great walking distance of the town. The cottage was quaint and we had everything we needed.
− The bed and most seating was uncomfortable. Before booking the cottage we did not realise that the staircase was so very steep and thin, meaning we had to walk down backwards to safely walk down stairs. Baggage needed to stay downstairs. If you were elderly, or a larger person this would not suit.

− It’s opposite Jewson timber merchants, so we weren’t expecting that view. It was the only negative though, everything else was perfect.
