Good quiet, clean place but with some small issues.

The property provided all we needed. Property was clean.

− Before arrival from the airport we contacted the hostess, hostess informed us that we could not stay for the first night as there were still people in the unit although we booked the venue months in advance. We paid in full for the 3 night reservation. We had to make new alternative arrangements on very short notice. We requested a refund for the first nights stay as we didn't stay the first night, but no refund received after two weeks.

I did not stay at Aloe Gardens due to the property being under construction

I received an email from the property owner through Booking.com advising that her place 'Aloe Gardens' had been vandalized by previous guests. She asked that I change dates, but we were coming to the area for Midmar Mile, which was what I had told her. She advised that she would get her payment from Booking.com after our booking date. I would like my payment refunded, as I did stay not stay at Aloe Gardens the weekend of the 7th to the 9th Feb 2025
