10.0Хорошие апартаменты с террасой (балконом) в достаточно тихом районе, в 15-минутах ходьбы от жд вокзала Venezia Mestre FS. Квартира полностью оборудована всем необходимым (утюг, фен, микроволновка, индукционная плита, холодильник), много посуды и разных специй в кухне.

10.0The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos – clean, comfortable, and with a lovely balcony where you can relax. The location is perfect: several stores are nearby, and it's just a 20-minute walk from the bus/train station. The host is kind and helpful. We received very detailed instructions about Venice, Mestre, public transportation, restaurants, and more. Check-in and check-out were easy and contactless, with a clear video guide provided. Honestly, you'd want to stay here just for the amazing instructions alone – they cover everything a tourist might need when visiting Mestre, Venice, or Lido.

9.0The apartment is well located, it is reachable by foot from Mestre FS in about 15 minutes and in a 3-minute walk to a direct bus to Venice. The surroundings are quiet, next to a park, so you wake up and fall asleep hearing birds chirping and singing. Lovely! Marli is one of the friendliest people we've ever met, very responsive and welcoming, before checking in we received a whole summary of useful things about visiting Venice, she met us in person to hand over the keys, and gave us many more invaluable tips.
− A heated towel rail in the bathroom would be very handy. If you are a light sleeper, the noise from the refrigerator can disturb your sleep.
