− Bardzo myląca jest informacja o podziemnym parkingu ponieważ apartament nie posiada żadnego parkingu a jedynie poleca które publiczne płatne parkingi można znaleść w okolicy, co niestety okazuje się trudne szczególnie w weekend w sezonie wakacyjnym.

9.0Piccolo appartamento, in centro, accogliente, pulito e dotato di tutti i confort. Anche se in centro, la notte c'è silenzio e si dorme bene.
− Servirebbe un aspiratore in bagno. Pirano è un paese molto bello, per storia paesaggio e mare. I parcheggi però sono molto costosi. 32 euro al giorno.
