Great disappointment and irresponsibility from the hotel
1.0− My booking was confirmed via email on February 27, 2025, and I was asked to enter my bank card details to secure the reservation. However, about 6 hours before the check-in time on March 1, 2025, I received a message informing me that only one bunk bed room was available. My room, which was a single large bed, was no longer being held due to the reason that This room has not been reserved yet for, so it wasn’t being held (while I had entered my bank card details to secure the reservation, and in case I didn’t show up, money would still be deducted from my account). Another reason they gave was that they would only hold the room if they could contact the customer. However, I had received an email confirmation, and the first message they sent me was actually a cancellation notice with a suggestion to book a different. I had to spend 2 hours searching for another homestay because by then many other homestays were fully booked or too far from the city center. It was extremely irresponsible of them not to find us an alternative accommodation of the same quality or offer an apology. They only hoped to receive understanding. This is a lack of responsibility.

− 1. I booked a 3-night female dorm type room with air-conditioning as Hue is a really humid place. I was assigned into a small room at the roof top that’s good for two people and only have a FAN. It was uncomfortable. I told the owner and he was just sorry about it but didn’t take any action although he was polite. 2. The room was glass and was just covered with long curtains. It is just divided with cupboard and curtain at the top, the other side are males which I don’t have a problem but the smell of cigarette smoke gets inside and very uncomfortable. 2. Common bathroom was not checked regularly and it ran out of tissues the next days.

9.0Very cute! Clean and comfortable. We only stayed here for an hour or 2 after doing the Hai Van pass and getting into a sleeper bus but looked like excellent value for money!
