Would never stay there if would be possible to cancel it!
3.0− 1. The personal was not aware about our reservation, was not really aware what is booking.com and was not waiting for us. 2. Wanted from us 20usd more than we had in reservation. After we had showed the price in reservation they discussed it with a boss per phone about 10minutes and at the end agreed. But asked for towels 10usd each. 3. Personal was really unhappy that we came and were not hiding that. 4. Room was not prepared - not really clean and the water was cold as the heater was not turned on. 5. It was not possible to cancel the room as it was without free cancellation(
