10.0Loved all the lord of the rings stuff, chickens!!! Everything you need, responsive host, a world a way vibe whilst being right near a main road somehow but you wouldn't know.

10.0Eas great the hobit house was fantastic .jacuzzi amazing the surroundings and getting fresh eggs in the morning amazing. Would recomend this to anyone who loves something diffrent relaxing outdoors

4.0− It was dirty couldn't use shower or bath as the water trickled out, had to clean smelly stale water from the kettle before we could use it, sofa bed and floor was extremely dirty, steps going down to house was extremely dangerous I had fallen and slipped everything I walked down them
