− Fase di check-in, non trovavano la mia prenotazione e il direttore, un ragazzo italiano, mi ha detto a chiare lettere che mi sarei dovuto arrangiare contattando Booking per capire cosa era successo e che non era un loro problema. Dopo 10 minuti hanno trovato la prenotazione che gli era evidentemente sfuggita e il direttore non si è degnato di una chiamata di scuse. In anni di viaggi di inconvenienti me ne sono capitati ma un tale menefreghismo da parte della direzione mai.

10.0Die Zimmer waren sehr schön. Jedes Zimmer war anders gestaltet. Es gab auch einen relativ großen Pool. Das Frühstück war hervorragend.
