9.0Appartamento ben arredato, funzionale, spazioso. Zona veramente top centralissima Unici peccati veniali: il profumo veramente forte e l'illuminazione debolissima del corridoio del quarto piano. Così fioca da nn dar vederevi numeri della casetta che contiene le chiavi. Per il resto benissimo.

9.0Binnenkomen in een groot oud huis met enorme hal ,en dan binnenkomen in je appartement fantastisch!
− Natuurlijk,ze zijn nog aan het verbouwen, maar was niet storend ! Enkel de nieuwe tv installatie, daar moet je eerst een les nemen om te kunnen kijken !

− - **Very poor internet connection despite staff’s denial (photos available as evidence).** It is highly unstable, frequently dropping out—completely unsuitable for anyone needing to work remotely. - **Misleading description:** There is no rooftop. The apartment overlooks a noisy courtyard because the building is under construction, and we could hear drilling from as early as 7 a.m. - **Lack of flexibility from the staff:** They forcibly evict you exactly at 10 a.m., and they come knocking on your door every 10 minutes if you haven't left on time. - **Forgot my earrings at the apartment, and the only opportunity to retrieve them was at 9 a.m. the following day—by which time I had already left Livorno.** - **Unclear instructions and no one available to welcome guests:** The apartments are not numbered, making it difficult to find your way. - **Bedroom shutters did not close properly.**
