10.0I proprietari sono gentili e disponibili. L’ appartamento è a 10 min in auto dalla Spezia, quindi comodo per visitare le cinque terre. Inoltre, la casa è pulita, spaziosa e circondata dal verde.

9.0La situación , el poder aparcar delante y por nuestro viaje que íbamos a varios sitios (Cinque Terre, pisa, lucca..) muy buen situado. Alguna incomodidad del principio, la dueña es un 10, no tiene aire acondicionado y estuvimos la semana de más calor del año ..
− Todo muy bien , tenía todo lo necesario para un apartamento .. sal, aceite, pimienta, Mistol .. etc.. tal vez a nuestro gusto los colchones algo blandos

9.0Die Lage ist ein bisschen ausserhalb La Spezias. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Trotzdem ist man in 15min in der Stadt. Der Balkon bietet eine sehr schöne Aussicht. Eine kleine Oase.
