This house was misrepresented on your listing was as 3 bedroom. It was not. Also said 3 baths. Back porch- didn’t seem
3.0There was a card table and folding chairs which worked out nice. Kitchen was sufficient…living room was okay and beds were comfortable
− It was listed as 3 bedrooms. The twin trundle was on a converted porch which also had the only place to eat. Floor was dirty in that room. Floor levels were all different when you went from room to room which was a serious hazard to us older people. Front steps are not in good shape and parking was on the street not on the property itself. Neighborhood was run down and neighbors dog was barking at 5:30 am most days. Lawn was not mowed. Very long. A lot of spiders and spider bites.
Perfect distance from downtown and price was cheap. He was available to help when it was needed.

− The property was fine, it wasn’t super clean and the WiFi would only connect to 1 device. So we didn’t watch tv or anything.
Cute but quirky. If you’re not picky and just need a place to crash

− Kind of janky. Tiny steps up and down that we stubbed our toes on. Doors stuck or didn’t stay closed. Doorways short enough my husband had to duck. Not very well stocked with complimentary items. Bathroom was dirty.
This Place Sucks!
1.0Nothing. Place was not what was advertised, location did not feel safe, house in very, very poor condition
− House advertised as 3 br, 3 bath. Only one had bathroom on premise, on-site parking advertised was street parking. One br was a bed stuck in a small porch. House had a terrible smell, terrible. For some reason there is a step going up or down to every room. We decided we did not feel safe or comfortable staying here. Sent numerous communications to owner, and never got one response. First time using Booking, will never use it again.
