Sweet spacious studio apartment in Heredia
9.03rd floor with great western view. East and west windows open up to cool the room. Block the eastern window open with the rubber door stop. Large single room plus bathroom and Funky charm, shower has hot water if volume is kept very low. Sinks have no hot water. Heat a cup of water in microwave to warm a bowl of water for dishwashing. It would be a fun place to live except for the noisy street. Auto Mercado is 2 blocks up the hill fills most needs
− Hard to find. Its not identified in any way. Easiest to contact the owner with WhatsApp after 3pm. The attached photo of the street shows the grey sliding door to parking. Contact the owner who will open it for you. Parking spot will barely fit a medium SUV. The photo also shows the walk thru gate to stair up to 2nd, then 3rd floor. Noisy, smoggy street below. Noisy trucks and motorcycles rumble even to the 3rd floor. Stairs to 3rd floor is steep for the 1st 1/2 then a steep ramp 2nd half. Needs hand rails. Toilet tank leaks into toilet bowl continously. Needs repair.
