− Schlechte Elektroinstallation, weil Steckdose in der Küche hängt raus. Licht geht sporadisch aus, Geschirr nicht vollständig (keine Töpfe), Schlecht bedienbare Herd, da keine Skals lesbar, Duschtüre schließt nicht richtig, nur lauwarmes Wasser, usw.
