If you’re going to stay in Rosarito request this room 1005 it has the perfect view to the beach and all the clubs! The entrance has a perfect view also of the city! This condo is literally 2-3 blocks from all the clubs and in front of the beach also same distance to the Main Street! Security all night long!

− I guess no a/c but if you open the windows and patio door you get that fresh ocean breeze!

The condo was immaculate and the view is spectacular. There is plenty of comfortable seating for guests. Very convenient to many restaurants Good secured parking Beautiful pool area and convenient to the beach.

− The shower temp control is a LITTLE tricky and tempermental.

We had such a wonderful time staying in Rosarito, and staying at this property. First of all, communication with Quincy was absolutely excellent. He answered all of my questions (and I had lot) promptly and in a friendly and courteous manner. Parking is gated and monitored by security, and underground parking is available if you choose. The security guards were friendly and helpful and made suggestions on dining spots since we arrived about an hour before check-in. Upon walking into the lobby, you are greeted by the pleasant smell of cleanliness. There are carts available next to the elevator so you dont have to make multiple trips to bring your belongings to the condo. The property is very well-kept and we observed the groundskeepers caring for the outdoor spaces every day. The condo itself is spacious, bright and clean and there is a gorgeous view of the beach and the pool area. The kitchen has some of the essentials so you can cook if you choose. There is a washer and dryer, which I love because you don't have to take home dirty laundry! We did have a minor issue with maintenance but again, Quincy was right on it and offered to fix during our stay. Since it wasn't a major problem, we opted to make due and have them fix after so it wouldn't interrupt our plans to be out and about. The location is awesome - I can't say enough about the view of the beach but also one of the bedrooms looks out over the city, so you can take in the nighttime lights views as well. There is quite a bit of noise from the nightclubs, so if that's an issue for you, I recommend earplugs. The primary bedroom has a double window (2 layers of windows) so it dampens the noise quite a bit. It was a bit too cool for us to enjoy the pool, but it is kept very clean and we look forward to using it during a future stay. There is secured access to the beach, where you can enjoy some of the most beautiful sunsets!
