Didn’t allow us to check in as we have booked from booking app and direct entries were allowed.
1.0They didn’t allow us to check in with your app. Instead they have allowed people to check in with direct bookings. We didn’t get the opportunity to check in the hotel. Very disappointed with this And I wish I had been informed about this earlier
