8.0Location Comfortable beds Kitchen well equipped
− Seating for breakfast bar not the right height to sit and eat! The sofa was extremely low and not comfortable. Only the sofa to sit on and relax but with x2 double beds I would have expected additional relaxing seating.
Excellent location very quiet clean tidy and a very good price
8.0Good location
− The heating was on all the time
Great value , resolving maintenance issues would have made it perfect
10.0Very good value, clean, roomy, property looked same in real life as in pictures
− Downstairs toilet flush would not turn off - this has been commented on by previous visitors. Front door lock barrel loose and required careful positioning to avoid it dropping and sticking. Sitting room sofa uncomfortable but was remedied by using all the pillows from bedrooms
Very good
8.0Had everything required for stay Good location and parking
− Smell of smoke (mainly in the living room) was very noticeable and off putting. Living room sofa could do with an update Downstairs toilet needs fixing Slats on bed need fixing into place otherwise need constant adjusting
Too many issues for the price.
3.0Initially the house looked clean and comfortable. Key was easy to locate in lock box/we never met the host. A nice smart TV. Kitchen small but fully functional.
− The only ask prior to arriving was for a parking space as arriving very late after a long journey, space was taken upon arrival and nowhere to park, extremely limited parking in the estate - a bollard needs to be used. The front door lock is faulty and needs replacing. There was not even a part toilet roll when we arrived at 11pm? The sofa arm was broken and is so uncomfortable you have to sit on the floor - must be replaced. No outside light in the yard. The skybox didn't work or probably the lead was broken either way not working. Downstairs WC has a faulty syphon so water is constantly running into the loo. No mattress or pillow protectors. No light in cupboard upstairs where the mirror was attached. Many small issues and would not cost a lot to fix but made our stay very uncomfortable and if rectified I'd say it would be a nice little retreat/base. Absolutely not worth the money that was paid.
would book again
