10.0По приезде в отель у меня сразу сложилось очень приятное первое впечатление. С самого входа сотрудники открыли мне дверь, тепло поприветствовали и сказали: «Добро пожаловать!». Мне предоставили просторный номер с большой двуспальной кроватью. Когда я открыл дверь, первым, что я увидел, было приветственное послание с моим именем, подготовленное специально к моему приезду. В номере также были прохладительные напитки, что стало очень приятным сюрпризом. Позже я узнал, что, учитывая мой приезд из другой страны, сотрудники уделили особое внимание чистоте, порядку и подготовке номера. Это было очень приятно и показало высокий уровень сервиса. Хочу выразить огромную благодарность команде Booking.com и каждому сотруднику Amir Plaza Hotel. Особенно хочу поблагодарить администратора Шукра, менеджера Санжара и владельца и управляющего отелем Амира. Огромное спасибо за ваше гостеприимство, заботу и профессионализм! Благодаря вам моё пребывание было по-настоящему комфортным и незабываемым.

10.0Самый лучший отель стоит на свою цену Зашёл на отель и очень тепло встречали меня и предлагали кофе и чай спасибо обе администраторам Санжар и шукрулло они оба очень энергичные парни решают проблему моментально Рядом есть рестораны и магазины можно пешком идти По поводу номера всё чисто вайфай работает очень бистро Девушкам отдельно спасибо И хозяин Амиржон очень дружный человек мне тут было как дома комфортно Ещё будем приходить и приходить без остановки

9.0The staff were really kind. Shukrullo, the night manager was always willing to help me and give recommendations, and to share the culture of Uzbekistan. Really great family place.
− I believe the breakfast food could have been warmed up everyday. That would be my only thing I would recommend.
