5.0− La cocina estaba muy sucia. Fogones sin funcionar, vajilla sucia, armarios sucios. Nos quejamos a la dueña y se limitó en disculparse. La piscina estaba sucia, nos dijeron que la limpiaban y esperáramos. No es respuesta.
