7.0Personel był bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny. Zwierzęta są mile widziane, co jest atutem.

1.0− The hotel room and all the hotel facilities smelled very bad of cigarettes. The smell of cigarettes was so annoying that I woke up several times during the night and couldn't breathe. The hotel breakfast was also terrible. Erzurum is famous for its dairy products and cheeses, but the cheese served at the hotel breakfast was really bad and it was clear that it was not natural and was not edible at all. I really feel sorry for the hotel management who only cares about their own profits.

9.0L’emplacement au centre ville La gentillesse du personnel Hôtel bien situé en plein centre-ville, idéal pour se déplacer facilement. Le personnel est sympathique et accueillant. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Je reviendrai lors de ma prochaine visite à Erzurum. Je recommande !

8.0Excelente hotel peequeño en Erzurum. Era justo lo que necesitábamos un lugar para dormir y desayunar. El área de estar abajo es linda y tranquila a veces estábamos ahí también. El personal muy amable. Nos hubiera gustado que la terraza estuviera abierta todo el día para subir a leer, pero por lo menos subir a desayunar era muy lindo.

8.0The best thing about this hotel is the reception staff. They were extremely helpful and solved absolutely all my issues. They really went above and beyond, and I am very grateful to them. Thank you Batuhan and Emre! The location is also convenient, close to the bus stop to Palandoken ski resort.
− The sound insulation is very poor. You can hear neighbors talking and doors slamming, so earplugs are highly recommended. The internet in the room worked very poorly and was unstable, which is inconvenient for work. Breakfast was not tasty. In winter, the room temperature can sometimes feel cold.
