8.0Wunderschöne Aussicht, sehr ruig. Schöner sauberer Pool, saubere Zimmer. Gesicherter Parkplatz, gute Ausgangslage um die Gegend zu erkunden. Gute Basisausstattung der Küche. Ein toller Ort um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Auch für Kinder geeignet. Kommunikation vor Ort mit english schwierig aber durch die freundliche und offene Art ist auch das kein Problem.
− Das Bad hat wenig Ablagefläche und bei Bezug roch es etwas muffig. Mit lüften war das aber auch schnell wieder weg.

6.0When you arrive at Sant’Anna your breath is caught by the stunning views over the Tuscany hills. The house is great to see and the plot offers enough space for the great swimming pool! Although, looking a bit better and making use of the facilities you see some parts of the house needs to be renovated. Overall the stay was good but it’s time for some new!
− The old and poor equipped kitchen, the bathroom which is old. And, (I know this is personal) the equipment to charge your electric car should be offered now a days. Overall the public chargers in Tuscany are very very rare, and a lot weren’t working at all.

9.0Amazing Location, Amazing Swimming pool and well kept garden.
− A thing wall with an between our apartment and another. This wall would let the noise pass by other neighbour’s. Fortunately we were only awaken on our last night by our new arrival group who stay up and noisy until 2am when I had to ask them to lower the voice. Previous neighbour was more considerate.
