− Bad preparation, No Toilette paper, only cold walter, No stuff Inside the House who could help.We got the room next to the street, very noisy people in street close to the room, especially late in the evening.
Staff really make this place. Secure facility.

− No hot water, even after the plumber came. A couple of the windows didn’t have locks.
