7.0La atención del personal sumamente amable, el desayuno es bueno, aire acondicionado en la habitación y la ubicación del hotel.
− El colchón de la cama es algo incómodo, algo duro. Al abrir la llave de agua caliente, caía agua templada y le faltó más limpieza al baño, de algún lado no estoy segura si del inodoro o del lavamanos fugaba agua y había un vello en la mayólica de la ducha.
Muy caro por lo que es y ofrece el hotel
4.0Nada quitando la amabilidad del servicio.
− Elprimer día nos quedamos sin agua y tuvimos que cambiar de habitación, al segundo día nos quedamos en el ascensor sin luz y por último no hubo manera que nos descontaran el IGV de los extranjeros
