8.0Чисто, уютно, есть балкон, душ, горячая вода, стиральная машина, небольшая кухня и необходимая посуда. Хорошее расположение - рядом супермаркет Remi, автобусная остановка. До центра Таллинна 20 минут. Аккуратный дом, лифт и чистый подьезд.
− Общий коридор и дверные замки оставляют желать лучшего. Когда разложен диван - в комнате тесновато.

4.0− Butui priekaištų nebūtų, bet lovą jau vertėtų pakeisti, nes miegojimas ant grindų būtų turbūt patogesnis, nei lovoje kuri yra bute. Dušas labai mažas, sunku nusimaudyti, užuolaidos murzinos ir tiesiog limpa
