Private hotel apartment in the middle of town
9.0This is a beautiful place, built inside an old church building. You have a small apartment to yourself, with a beautiful view of Terneuzen and the Westerschelde. We very much enjoyed having the glass doors open, hearing the seagulls, and seeing the boats pass by. There are beautiful stained-glass windows, and the hotel apartment has wooden floors that look luxurious and feel comfortable. There is a little kitchen area and even a washing machine (very handy for travelers!). The beds are very comfortable and there is also a sleeper couch upstairs, in case you want separate sleeping areas. The hosts are very kind, and we have enjoyed our stay. I would like to stay here again in the future!
− We stayed here several days and it was nice that we had a lot of privacy, and didn't have to worry about cleaning staff coming by every day. We prefer it this way (they would have cleaned if we would have requested it). But sometimes, we ran out of things (such as coffee) and we had to go down and request it from the owners. This was easy to do, and they are very kind and helpful, so it wasn't that big of a deal. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!
