A perfect stay in a modern, well-equipped apartment in the heart of Como.
10.0Cristiano was an excellent host, meeting us on arrival to show us around the property and surprising us with a brand-new high chair after realising we were travelling with a baby. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Como, with the town’s popular streets, shops, restaurants, and lakefront all just outside the door. The apartment was spacious, felt newly renovated with a modern finish throughout, and was very well equipped with everything needed for cooking, washing, and a comfortable stay. It was also perfect for travelling with a baby, and having a lift made things much easier.

10.0We liked everything: the apartment is spacious and clean, the beds and sofa are comfortable, the lighting is very good, the communication with the owner is excellent, there is a terrace where you can sit and relax, it is in the middle of town but very quiet, a bakery and supermarket (and lots of shops and restaurants) are around the corner, it is close to the lake... We would love to come back one day.

This is a well managed lovely property located in the heart of Milan that should meet your every need.
10.0The communication for my stay was outstanding. Probably the best I’ve had when staying at a private property. That makes a huge difference when traveling to another country. Once there, I was impressed with how well stocked the property was with necessities for a comfortable stay, as well as clean. Had everything needed, and even items I did not expect. When I had questions about the area or needed clarification about transportation, Stefania’s response was either immediate or with very little delay. She accommodated every reasonable request. (All requests were reasonable). The neighborhood location feels local, but puts you near to transportation, restaurants, and stores. This is a wonderful property. Thank you Stefania for all you did to ensure we had wonderful stay.
