6.0Staff molto gentile e disponibile (con un'unica eccezione), ristorante di ottima qualità, letto decisamente comodo e una bella vista panoramica nel giardino comune.
− Nota dolente la camera: cattivo odore all'arrivo (insonorizzazione della porta inesistente, si sentiva ogni minimo rumore nei corridoi) e l'unica finestra affacciava proprio davanti all'ingresso del ristorante. Impianto di climatizzazione pieno di muffa e maleodorante. Bagno piccolissimo e con evidente muffa sulle pareti in pietra, completato da una ventola di aspirazione decisamente rumorosa e mal funzionante. Nota di forte demerito per la gestione del ristorante, dove avevamo prenotato per una serata romantica. Una gentilissima cameriera ha chiesto a una signora anziana bionda se potessimo accomodarci in un tavolo da due a bordo piscina. La risposta della signora è stata un secco e indelicato: "ASSOLUTAMENTE NON QUELLI DAVANTI". Siamo stati così relegati in un tavolo da quattro enorme vicino a un cespuglio, come se la nostra prenotazione fosse stata dimenticata. Un gesto di pochissima classe e professionalità che ha rovinato l'atmosfera della serata.

8.0- L’emplacement à 5 minutes en voiture du centre historique d’Assises - La vue imprenable et à couper le souffle depuis notre chambre et depuis la piscine ! - La gentillesse du personnel - Le restaurant : succulent ! - La chambre climatisée où nous avons pu régler la température par ces fortes chaleurs
− - Le petit déjeuner bien que gargantuesque, propose beaucoup de gâteaux et pâtisseries (que nous aurions volontiers dégusté plutôt en après midi ou en dessert). Nous aurions apprécié plutôt des viennoiseries, ou plus de propositions salées. - La salle de bain était très petite

10.0We were surprised by receiving the apartment with equipped kitchen , two separate bedrooms with belonging bathrooms, one living room with direct excess to pool. The underground room, that was excellent solution to survive at 39 deg at the street!
