Big spacious apartment with everything you need, a very cool modern kitchen, great view out the balcony and in a good location very near Santa Cruz so it's easy to get to Las Teresitas or inside the city.

− The check-in experience was a drag, I spent 40 minutes inputting all the info for all of us in the owner's app instead of just sending them our passports like other accomodations. The key was actually in a different location (not far away) so we had to make an extra stop. And very weirldy the water seemed to be oily. You would take a shower and it seemed like the soap would never rinse off.

Beautiful location and modern, bright,spacious apartment.We enjoyed cooking and socializing around the kitchen island .Very well equipped kitchen, from Nespresso coffee machine, to pots, pans and beautiful plates, all very well selected .The terrace was a beautiful space to enjoy breakfasts and candlelight dinners, no restaurants near by,so we spent lots of time on the balcony. We went to Candelaria and Santa Cruz , but you have to consider 25euros taxi fee each way.The beds are super comfy,good quality towels and bed linen. Quiet building and lovely and secure neighborhood. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

− The lack of transparency from the holiday rental agency Superhost. There is a charge of 400 euros for deposit,but no inspection at the check-out, so you just have to trust the cleaner to send a real report .We did not had wifi in the bedrooms ,because the agency did not know the password. Natasha insisted that is the same wifi as in the living-room,clearly she doesn't know the apartment, so we end up using the wifi only in the salon/living room. There is only an A4 laminated page with basic instruction for the apartment,some of them wrong.Would be useful to have more info about the area, useful tel numbers such as taxis,takeaways or areas of interest , considering that we were visiting Tenerife for the first time. We hire a car but it was to big for the small parking lot allocated in the building,if you think to hire a car should be very small. We parked in the street , but during pick season will be very difficult to find any space.

This apartment is an absolute gem,the location is wonderful. The apartment is very spacious and has stunning views across the ocean, the kitchen is an entertainers dream and we loved cooking in it. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are so comfortable, lots of cupboard space and even beach towels provided.The check in was so smooth and easy and had good communication from the hosts. The location is away from the typical tourist areas which we loved,we visited local markets in different areas and immersed ourself in the local culture. The walks around are spectacular and a lovely area to swim in the sea and snorkel. This stay exceeded our expectations and the extra touches like toiletries,cleaning products,etc were so useful. I cannot recommend this place enough, thank you for our stay.

La vivienda es muy amplia, cómoda moderna. Con todo lo que necesitas y muy confortable. Ideal para vacaciones en familia.

− La plaza de garage un poco estrecha, pero manejable.
