1.0ביצענו הזמנה כ-24 שעות לפני ההגעה, ניסינו ליצור קשר עם המלון להסדרת התשלום במדיות השונות ולא קיבלנו כל מענה כשהגענו למקום, לא היתה הזמנה על שם האורח ונדרשנו למצוא באמצע הלילה חלופה אחרת. התקשרנו למלון - קיבלנו מענה מאוד לא אדיב, לא מקצועי והמלון ביטל את ההזמנה על דעת עצמו! בסופו של דבר ניתקו לנו את השיחה מבלי לתת כל פיתרון
