1.0Location and the staff were accomodating
− There was no emergency generator provided during a scheduled power interruption. Parents and athletes were forced to stay at a nearby mall instead of resting at the hotel, evening came and the place got totally dark due to no emergency lights, moving thru the stairways and alleyways was unsafe. All 30 kid athletes and parents had to be moved to another hotel due to No Air Conditioning at 11 in the evening. It is a horrible place to be in this situation.

4.0Room 405 needs more improvement to serve customers better in the future.. The showers are not good the bathroom is not good. Beed room master switch not good design by electrician if want to switch off bedroom light all light switch off together shit ideas.

− Dom ljuger om rummen, det ser bra ut på bilderna men i verkligheten ser det ut som dom renoverar rummet samtidigt som du bor i det.
