Great facilities but upkeep and communication could be better.
5.0The facilities were amazing - the pool, the outdoor dining, the bedrooms and bathrooms. It was private and made for a great family holiday.
− The cleanliness of the property could have been better. Some of the pool chairs were broken, the dishes were a bit dirty and the BBQ was unclean and not ready for use. The air con broke when we were there as we were not made aware of certain stipulations. It then took 24 hours for it to be fixed and it wasn’t always easy to receive updates from the host on when it was going to be fixed.

− El anfitrión no fue de ayuda con cosas necesarias. Por ejemplo, queríamos poner protección para la piscina por los niños y en lugar de ayudarnos con la coordinación, tuvimos que hacer todo nosotros incluso hasta el último minuto. Un día el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, y tuvimos que solucionarlo nosotros porque el anfitrión no nos podía dar una solución (Mallorca en verano con niños, el aire acondicionado es necesario).
Great place for a holiday with friends
10.0We enjoyed the silence of the neighborhood right next to the foothills of the Tramuntana. Pollença and Sa Pobla with great food options are just a couple of minutes away.

Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Haus mit genug Platz für alle
9.0Ruhige Lage und viel Platz für eine mehrköpfige Familie. Jedes der 4 Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad, Gemeinschaftsbereich und Aussenbereich großzügig. Pool hat ebenfalls eine gute Größe (das Wasser dürfte ruhig ein wenig kälter sein ;) Gastgeberin war sehr nett und unkompliziert
− Ein paar Dinge bedarfen einer Wartung/Renovierung die Duschen zB sowohl innen als auch aussen funktionieren nicht gut und die Aussenmöbel sind schon etwas in Mitleidenschaft gezogen

10.0We had a lovely week with our family at Villa Sa Olivera. The property was very stylish, modern, clean and ideal being all on one level for the older members of our family. Having an en-suite bathroom for each bedroom took the stress out of getting ready. Great lounge with huge TV, great for having an hour out of the sun. The outdoor patio was fabulous with plenty of socialising areas, big dining table and a great pool. Overall we were sad to leave :-(
