Way too expensive for what it is. Overpriced
7.0Nice location downtown.Clean and well maintained. Good bed.
− Small ryokan. Small onsen. Poor service (nobody at front desk, you have to ring a bell). Room has no view. Paper covered window has no black out (prevents you from viewing outside, but does not prevent the sunlight to enter the room at 6 am). We arrived at 5 PM and had booked the meals. They wanted us to go for a 5:30 dinner service. I had a hard time explaining I needed some time ro settle in, eventualy go to the onsen, and dine by 7pm.

10.0The service was wonderful, everyone was patient and kind. The dinner service was exceptional, we loved the private dining and food was so fresh and incredibly presented. The room was beautiful and the beds and futon so comfortable. We had a wonderful time and a memorable experience.
