5.0− The unit itself was fine, but I was disappointed with the host’s assistance regarding a deposit issue. I mistakenly sent the security deposit to a Maya account instead of GCash. The transaction was marked successful, and I immediately filed multiple support tickets with Maya. They advised that if the account did not exist, the transaction should not have pushed through or should have been credited back within two banking days. However, more than seven working days have passed without a refund. The host insisted that she does not have a Maya account. I respectfully asked if she could at least download the app and try the “forgot password” option, in case the number was registered and the funds were received. Unfortunately, she declined to try this and maintained that she does not have an account. While I fully admit the mistake in sending the deposit to the wrong platform, I had hoped for more cooperation in resolving the issue. Clearer communication and assistance would have been greatly appreciated.

− Bed was too small for a couple.. there was a foul smell in the bathroom & poor conditioning.. I didn’t understood the concept why the host asks the guests to clean the dishes..
