10.0O apartamento é bem amplo, a varanda é virada para o lago e a ventilação é incrível! Tudo muito bem organizado e a cozinha tem todos os utensílios necessários. O que mais gostei é que o condomínio é realmente muito próximo de todos os restaurantes da Lagoa dos Tambaquia e da Praia do Saco!
