A well located and comfortable property for a family stay in Sheffield
9.0Small stool for 2.5 year old to sit on and the step by the stairs. The door to the stairs was great for preventing small excursions.
− The information on refuse in the welcome book was helpful but a sign by the bins about separating refuse would be useful. We were keen to leave the place clean and tidy so access to cleaning materials would be helpful, although we appreciate you may want to keep chemicals safe.
Great stay for a city break
8.0Lovely and quiet, good location for visiting parks and city centre. Kitchen well equipped, dogs allowed. House, clean and functional.
− Memory foam mattress was not so comfortable for us. Garden not secure for dogs so needed to be on leads.

I think its beginning to look a bit tired and could do with some repairs doing as indicated.
6.0it is convenient for visiting relations who live locally. Beds are nice and comfy and a good powerful shower.
− We stayed this time last year and nothing has been done to repair the front door. It was difficult to lock or open the door as it is out of line. We had to leave leaving it unlocked. Also even though the host explained the gardener hadnt been to cut the grass, we had more issues with the uneven ground, steep steps with no handrail, broken slabs that would be a trip hazard. The decking wood is rotting and also a trip hazard. These issues in the garden need mentioning as not suitable for young children or someone with mobility issues.
