Reasonable budget accommodation

Budget accommodation in a good location. Bed was comfortable and the apartment was clean.

− It can be quite echoey but generally quiet at night. It is small but once we moved the table and chairs from the entrance hallway to the small glassed front room it was much more comfortable. The 2 ringed electric hot plate is useable but needs replacing. Saying it has a sea view is a bit of a stretch.

Its a scum. Don't go there.

Nothing to like. Its a scum. I stayed 1 night and left. And paid for 5 nights! The place is a paper tiny box. Its only suitable for the locals. Noises are worse than in the hostel. The neighbor upstairs doesn't sleep at night and has his TV on all the time. You hear him yawning and the TV noise is terrible. I couldn't sleep 1 minute plus nearby mosque... You cannot also go anywhere else to sleep as a place is a tiny rat cage. No living room, no sofa.

− I paid 150 euro and left after 1 night because I need to sleep at night. The owner ignored my refund requests saying he can't control the building. He was not surprised at all. This is not first time he screws foreigners like this. 150euro for 1 night in a rat cage.... Not bad for him! But he can be a scummer instead.

Never again.

Equipped kitchen.

− The property is not sea front or sea view. I am quite tall and had to lean at the waist out of the window to view any water. The worst part is that this apartment is within the destruction zone of Rabat. A strip 20 blocks long and four blocks deep entirely destroyed two years ago. Photos attached. The host was aggressive, poking at my phone and eventually taking it out of my hands. Finally, the apartment is directly under a mosque so expect the call to prayer five times a day during your stay.
