Appartamento davvero carino, in una posizione ottima per esplorare l’isola. Accoglienza ottima, ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. Dotato di tutti i servizi, pulito e ben organizzato. Super consigliato!

Excelente ubicación y limpieza

Excelente apartamento. Lo que más destacaría es la limpieza, estaba impecable desde que llegamos. Además, está muy bien equipado, con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. La ubicación también es excelente: a solo 5 minutos de la estación de autobuses de Los Cristianos y a unos 15 minutos caminando de la playa. En los alrededores hay numerosos supermercados, restaurantes y todo tipo de comercios, por lo que resulta muy práctico moverse y encontrar cualquier cosa que necesites. Sin duda, volveríamos a alojarnos aquí y lo recomendamos al 100%.

Disappointing experience – incorrect charges, misleading apartment description, and severe nighttime

− My stay at Cozy Apartment in Los Cristianos was unfortunately far from what was advertised on Booking.com. First, upon arrival, the host charged us an additional €140, even though my reservation was made correctly for 2 adults and 1 child aged 10. I double‑checked the details twice before booking, and after returning home I verified again on Booking.com: even when selecting 3 adults, the total price remained exactly the same. This clearly shows that the platform did not apply any extra fee for the third person, regardless of age. Despite this, the host insisted on charging us more, although the information displayed on Booking.com indicated otherwise. Second, the apartment description is misleading. The listing states that the apartment has 60 square meters, but in reality it is no more than 40 square meters, including the balcony. The actual space is significantly smaller than what is shown in the photos and description. The most disturbing issue, however, was the extreme noise during the night. Every night, around 2–3 AM, someone in the building (either above or below the apartment) was hammering loudly on the walls, as if using a real hammer. The noise was so strong that it woke us up instantly, making us think something serious had happened, like a flood or a structural problem. This went on for over an hour each night, making it impossible to sleep properly. It felt like someone in the building was fed up with tourists and wanted to scare guests away. We chose this apartment because Booking.com showed that 3 people could stay for the same price as 2, and we planned our budget accordingly. If we had known the real cost, we would have booked the hotel next to Ocean, where the total price was similar but included breakfast for all three of us. We acted in good faith, followed the information provided on Booking.com, and made the reservation correctly. Appartamento perfetto sotto tutti i punti di vista. Pulitissimo e fornito di tutto, ascensore, aria condizionata, a disposizione anche teli mare ed ombrellone. Posizione strategica per muoversi e nessuna difficolta'di parcheggio. Valentina gentilissima e disponibile ci ha dato consigli preziosi. Se dovessimo tornatare di nuovo non esiteremmo ad alloggiare nuovamente qui.
