− Hellhörigkeit der Räume. Vom Nebenzimmer hörte man jedes Wort. Balkon nicht baulich getrennt vom Nebenzimmer. TV ist echt nicht zeitgemäß. Manches sollte unbedingt repariert werden, da wirklich gefährlich .

− Sehr abgewohnt, Steckdose des Fernsehers hing aus der Wand. Teppich fleckig und Sesselleisten lösten sich von der Wand. Duschvorrichtung mit Kappaband fixiert. Waschbecken hatte riesigen Sprung
