Apart from location to centre of town nothing appealing.

− Felt hemmed in with no views from any windows apart from other blocks of apartments windows. Only view was from standing point on roof terrace or platform hot tub. Otherwise when sitting dining or sun lounger you just look at walls. Some tlc and upkeep of weeds on terrace required. Extra care on slippy tiles especially shower area and hot tub. Spiral stairs to roof not good for children or elderly and they are in need of maintenance with loose handrails and tilted steps.

10.0This apartment has everything you could need. Huge loving space fabulous kitchen with all essentials. It was spotless clean on arrival. Great views from the roof top with amazing Hot Tub. Sun is on the Roof Top from morning till at least 8pm. T.v had loads of channels. Beds really comfy and bonus was Air con to have room cool for night time. Location prefect few minutes walk to Torecilla Beach. Less than 3 minute walk to Mas supermarket. Nice short stroll into main square. The neighbours were so friendly always a warm smile. We stay in Nerja twice a year this is our favourite Apartment so far and we hope to get to rebook it.
− I loved this penthouse so much only thing to change is pillows and at that they weren't even that bad we just like big full pillows.
I live Nerja and this apartment was one of the better ones that I have stayed in. I would definitely book again
8.0Good open plan layout. Well equipped. Roof top terrace a sun trap with a pleasant area of shade. Good location. Not too far from the town centre. Quiet at night.
− The spiral staircase from the rooftop terrace to the living area can be slippery if they get any dampness on them and care must be taken . My partner slipped and damaged her knee ligaments.

− In our opinion some of the soft furnishings e.g sun bed and sofa cushions were in need of replacing.
