10.0The flat was wonderful, a good size, very comfortable and welcoming. The communication from Naomi was brilliant and the parking permits very handy. The little welcoming touches were very appreciated, I would highly recommend staying here. The location was brilliant for exploring Plymouth.

9.0Comfortable bed, good crockery and small personal touches made it homely. A welcome pack was much appreciated.
− No grab handle in the shower. The bottom steps of the stairs giving access from the car parking area to the back door had a coating green algae in places making them potentially slippery in wet weather.

Pleasant stay
8.0Nice little flat in a great location. Very clean with modern furnishings. Lovely to have some bread, juice and milk left for us. Pleasant shower gel etc in the shower. Good communication from Naomi.
− Bed and sofa a bit hard (just personal preference) A bread knife to cut the lovely bread would have been useful and a microwave is always handy.
