Unsatisfactory apartment, high price with no comfort, worse in real life than in pictures
4.0Not bad location, 10 mins from ferry stop by foot
− In real life looks much worse than on the pictures. It was very cold everywhere in the flat and there was no heating at all. Also smell of mold/wet because of no good ventilation system, especially the bed sheets which were smelling really bad. All furniture, sockets, walls - very old, not in a good condition, no electric tea boiler (we had to boil the water in pots). Also a coffee machine was indicated in the description but there was no, only a coffee maker for gas. How water in the shower lasts only 10 mins, then gets cold. The tap in the kitchen is not closing properly and leaking water. In addition, the host forgot about our arrival and wasn’t in touch and we had to wait for more than an hour for the apartment in the late evening.

10.0Owner is nice and person to receive is also nice and asking about our status and first time in Venice so even when arrive in port explain how to reach went.. and place is good not much far to reach the location..
− Just need to work on Electric switches and about the toilet flash rest all is ok every thing is perfect.. and all is nice and good..
